We are an older couple who were trying to make the transition from our home of about 20 years to an apartment during a period of rental shortages and rapidly increasing rents.

We needed to find a real estate agent who would help us through our transition. We chose to talk with Cheryl Burns mainly because of a TV ad she was running at that time. We called her and agreed to meet at our home shortly after.

Within two days of the open house, we had four bids for our home. Cheryl helped us navigate through selecting the best bid and helped us through the stages of finalizing the sale.

A couple of moments stand out for us in our experience with Cheryl. Firstly, how surprising the staging process was. We didn't know what to expect but our house went through a wonderful transformation that was easy on us with results that amazed us. Secondly, we found Cheryl to be very confident that her sale plan would work. That confidence she had really lifted us through the last bits of nervousness we had.
