Client Stories
Trusted by clients across
Prince Edward Island and beyond.
When we started the process of liquidating some of our assets, we hired different realtors, none seemed to be able to sell our properties.
Then we found Cheryl and all that changed.
In the last 2.5 years, we've managed to sell off 3/4 of our holdings and the process has been so easy.
Cheryl is knowledgeable and professional; she is always willing to listen to our ideas and concerns. Cheryl has some fantastic marketing ideas so buyers really see the potential in the buildings.
Our properties involve rental units and she's always considerate of the current tenants, unlike some of the realtors we've tried in the past.
Cheryl goes above and beyond for her clients; she always puts their needs first. Cheryl knows how to stage the property so it always shows well, and buyers can really envision themselves in the property.
I have no problem recommending her to family and friends who are either looking for property or selling property, we won't work with anyone else.
She has totally changed our whole experience and now we can actually look forward to retirement.
Thank you, Cheryl, we love you.

I was introduced to Cheryl by her TV ad and we had an instant connection when we met over coffee. Cheryl's evaluation of my property in a fluctuating market was up to my expectations and I so appreciated her keeping me grounded when a deal fell through because of a sales slump in the Vancouver area.
Cheryl had my property highlighted on many websites and print magazines in Canada and the US often featured in full page and cover ads.
I would highly recommend Cheryl to help you navigate your real estate journey. Most of us only sell our home once or twice, having Cheryl as my agent made this big moment in my life a reality, and put me on solid footing for the next part of my journey.
Thanks Cheryl.

We are an older couple who were trying to make the transition from our home of about 20 years to an apartment during a period of rental shortages and rapidly increasing rents.
We needed to find a real estate agent who would help us through our transition. We chose to talk with Cheryl Burns mainly because of a TV ad she was running at that time. We called her and agreed to meet at our home shortly after.
We were delighted with her right from the start. She understood our circumstances and talked us through a plan that would meet our needs. She had studied the market identifying houses similar to ours that were for sale or had recently sold. We agreed on an asking price and a plan of action.
She and her team did an amazing job of staging our home and photographing it for market. She talked us through a selling plan that would get us top dollar in a short time frame to meet our moving plans.
We were nervous about what would happen when our house hit the market, and Cheryl was always there like a good friend, prompt to return calls and having continuing visits with us assuring us that our house would sell in a week.
Within two days of the open house, we had four bids for our home. Cheryl helped us navigate through selecting the best bid and helped us through the stages of finalizing the sale.
A couple of moments stand out for us in our experience with Cheryl. Firstly, how surprising the staging process was. We didn't know what to expect but our house went through a wonderful transformation that was easy on us with results that amazed us. Secondly, we found Cheryl to be very confident that her sale plan would work. That confidence she had really lifted us through the last bits of nervousness we had.
We went from not knowing who to choose as our agent to being very happy we chose Cheryl. We strongly feel that anyone going through the process of choosing a real estate agent must include Cheryl Burns in their selection process. You won't be disappointed.
